Pre-Order Product Policy:
- Free shipping offered for pre-order orders over $199.
- All pre-order products require payment at the time of order placed, and we don’t accept cancellation.
- Shipping period is around 2 to 3 weeks after orders are made. (Special circumstances will be notified in advance)
- Please read the size chart and fabric information before placing your order. (For any questions about sizing, please feel free to consult customer service)
- Pre-order products without quality issues will not be accepted for return, refund, and exchange. (See return & exchange policy for definition of quality issue)
