By placing orders from AM.ME, please ensure that you read, understood, and agreed with our return/refund terms.

 

Returns and Refunds of products due to any reasons beside quality issues are not accepted.

 
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY CONDITIONS

☆All accessories are not returnable and refundable.☆

If the item you have received is defective, please notify AM.ME promptly and return the item in accordance with the conditions below:

– You must have purchased the item from us on the website at ammesea.com.

– Shipping label on the package is readable.

– To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unwashed, un-alternated, unworn(no other than trial), and in its original packaging, with all accessories.

– Damaged or defective items returned without original packaging will not receive a refund.

– Shipping fees for returns are at customer’s expense. (Paid shipping fees won’t refund)

 

REFUND REFUSAL

Despite that AM.ME always wants to bring the best value to the customer, we cannot accept return/refund in the following situations:

– We sent you the correct item with the correct size and correct variant.

– You decline to follow our return instructions and do not provide us the adequate requested information.

– The item is the free gift included.

 

RETURN/REFUND INSTRUCTION

– After received packages, you need to send us a return/refund request to our customer support email am.me2sea@gmail.com in 48 hours, and send a return/refund request through customer dashboard in 48 hours.

– The email should include the shipping label, photos or video of the proof of the wrong/defective/damaged item.

– When returning the package, please fill out the service card and keep it inside of the package.

– After we confirmed the return, you will have 3 business days to drop the package off at the post office and email us the tracking number. Otherwise the return will be canceled. (If we didn’t receive the package or the package gets lost, we won’t process the refund.)

Please note that we are not responsible for a refund for any case of return without our acknowledgment and authorization.

 

REFUND METHOD( IF APPLICABLE)

We will refund the amount without paid shipping fee to you using the same method you used to make the payment if the card is available.

The refund process may take 5-7 days. If you do not receive the refund after 5-7 days, please contact us via am.me2sea@gmail.com to have quick help.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale and discounted items are final sale, we won’t process a return or refund. (Coupons are not included)

 

CANCELLATION

AM.ME only accepts the request sent to us within 36 hours from the moment the customer placed the order. ( If the order is already shipped, then we can’t process the cancel.)

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY
  1. Free shipping offered for pre-order orders over $199.
  2. All pre-order products require payment at the time of order placed, and we don’t accept cancellation.
  3. Shipping period is around 2 to 3 weeks after orders are made. (Special circumstances will be notified in advance)
  4. Please read the size chart and fabric information before placing your order. (For any questions about sizing, please feel free to consult customer service)
  5. Pre-order products without quality issues will not be accepted for return, refund, and exchange. (See return & exchange policy for definition of quality issue)
 
QUALITY ISSUES:
  1. Visible stains on the product.
  2. Product is damaged or defective.
  3. Product is missing parts.
