Custom Products

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Custom-made products are uniquely crafted to meet your specific requirements. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items.


In-Stock Products

  • Return Policy: In-stock products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store gift cards only.
  • Return Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.


Return Process

  • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Store Credit Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit to your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or replacement.


Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit after we receive your returned item.
